UPDATE 5/13/21: Nucs will be available until mid-June and will be made from frames of bees from my own apiary. They will be put together on an as-needed basis.
Please note that while these nucs have local Portland bees they do not have local Bridgetown Bees queens. They are full five-frame Langstroth nucs with northern California (or Old Sol) queens. Please contact Glen if you have any questions. You can place an order at the bottom of this page.

Price: $185 per nuc

Number of frames: Five Langstroth (deep) frames of brood, honey and/or pollen ; there is no feeder.
Nuc box: Bees come in white, waxed corrugated cardboard nuc boxes. There is no deposit required and the boxes do not have to be returned.
Frame size for all nucs: These Langstroth frames are standard size (approximately 19" x 9 1/8" x 1 3/8") that will fit in a standard deep brood box. They will not fit in a top bar or Warre' hive.
Number of bees: Up to 12,000
